Open to those with Pilates Mat class experience. We offer classes that utilize the Pilates Reformer, Pilates Chair, and Pilates Springboard. A great way to add a further challenge beyond Mat class.
Intermediate level class that utilizes the Pilates Reformer Jumpboard to add cardio to your workout! For clients with no injuries please.
Everything but the kitchen sink! This class combines Mat work, Reformer, Chair, Springboard, Barrels for a varied workout each week. All levels welcome.
”Bone Health” Reformer:
A reformer class that is designed to help those with osteopenia or osteoporosis. Focuses on full body strength, posture, balance and avoids any positions or exercises that can be potentially harmful to those with bone density issues. All levels welcome!
