We offer our group classes in 10 week sessions. We encourage clients to “register” for classes prior to the start of a session. The client not only saves money on the purchase of a class package “Early Bird Rate”, but is also guaranteed space in that class for the 10 week session. See “Policies and Fees” page for the cost of the classes.

Class Descriptions
(All Classes are one hour in length.)
Pilates Apparatus:
Open to those with Pilates Mat class experience. Classes are offered that utilize the Pilates Reformer, Pilates Chair, and Pilates Springboard. A great way to add a further challenge beyond Mat class.
Cardio Reformer:
Intermediate level class that utilizes the Pilates Reformer Jumpboard to add cardio to your workout! For clients with no injuries please.
Pilates Sampler:
Everything but the kitchen sink! This class combines Mat work, Reformer, Chair, Springboard, Barrels for a varied workout each week. All levels welcome. A great way to get acquainted with the world of Pilates!
